- Attendee Name Badge Registration: New this year, once you register, you will receive an e-mail with a QR code on it. Bring that QR code to the Registration Desk at the EXPO to have your name badge printed. NCEL will not be mailing any name badges this year.
- NCEL or any of our EXPO contractors (including our registration provider) do not sell or distribute any attendee registration lists to anyone, ever!
- Hotel Lodging: reserve hotel room(s) ASAP at the Hilton Minneapolis. This hotel is adjacent to the facility.
- Exhibitor List by Exhibitor and Booth Number
- Distributor/Tech School Bus Subsidy Map: if bringing a 28 to 54 passenger bus to the EXPO -- our bus subsidies help defray bus cost.

ATTENDEE NAME BADGE & REGISTRATION: If you are unsure if you registered, please verify your registration status before the event (our registration should omit obvious duplicate registrations). On site registration and name badge printing will also be available at the event.
HOTEL LODGING, CONVENTION CENTER PARKING MAPS, AND COVID AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS AT TIME OF OUR EVENT:
DISTRIBUTOR & TECH SCHOOL BUS SUBSIDY REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM: All distributors and tech schools/colleges are urged to coordinate bus transportation for customers, students, and/or your staff. We have greatly enhanced the subsidy amounts of each bus you charter to the EXPO. We will reimburse you (according to the bus subsidy reimbursement map link) after the EXPO when you email NCEL a copy of your bus invoice -- you pay for the bus, and we reimburse your company after the EXPO. Additionally, every bus arriving on Thursday, April 20, 2023 (which is also Student Day), will receive an additional $250 bonus subsidy. Bus transportation is a great way to avoid traffic and parking -- and selling your brand to a captive audience while in transit to/from the EXPO.

- Attendee Registration & Getting Your Name Badge: New This year: once you register your confirmation e-mail will have a QR code in it. You will need that QR code to scan at the registration desk to print your name badge. Attendees and Exhibitors have separate registration portals. Register to attend the EXPO exhibits at no cost. Come to the EXPO, pick up a name badge holder and lanyard for free entry to the exhibit hall.
HOTEL LODGING, CONVENTION CENTER PARKING MAPS, AND COVID AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS AT TIME OF OUR EVENT:
- Hilton Minneapolis -- is across the street from the Minneapolis Convention Center. Our room rate at the Hilton is $199++/night. Parking is available at the hotel for additional fee. Secure your lodging at the Hilton Minneapolis online, or call the hotel directly at 612-376-1000 to secure your room.
- Minneapolis Convention Center & Exhibit Hall B -- car and bus parking is available in/and around the facility. Security is abundant in this safe area of the city, as well as inside the convention facility. Exhibits and EXPO Breakfast will be housed in Hall B on the Main Level of the Minneapolis Convention Center. Registration is located just outside Hall B on the eastern side of the facility.
