Distributor’s Bus Subsidy: We urge you to sponsor bus transportation for your customers and staff. We will subsidize each 30+-passenger bus you charter to the EXPO from $350 to $950 based on origination. Additionally, every bus arriving on Thursday, April 19 will receive an additional $200 per bus bonus subsidy! See the subsidy amount map link below for complete details and subsidy amounts. Distributor bus support is critical to the events' success -- we expect you will raise the bar again with even more buses in 2018. Busing is a great way to host your best customers and staff -- you leverage a captive audience of customers while in transit, you provide them with easy entry and exit, avoid parking issues, and you provide a memorable experience that your customers appreciate!

NCEL Power Breakfast & Social: NCEL has scheduled its’ annual power breakfast and social for Thursday, April 19 at 8:30 to 10:00 AM. Register online and in advance for the NCEL Power Breakfast & Social. Network with over 350 industry leaders and key customers in a casual social setting, featuring full breakfast food and beverage stations. Bring your key customers and leadership staff. Support our electrical industry, and not miss any exhibit time. Secure single or bulk quantity tickets. NEW ~ VISA Card For Advance Registrants: All customers and guests (distributor personnel too) who register online before March 31 will be automatically entered into a random prize drawing for VISA gift cards. We will randomly draw 18 names with each winning a $500 VISA card -- $9,000 total! Winners will be announced at the event near the exhibit hall entrance, as well as posted on our website. Winners must attend the EXPO (bring a valid ID) to claim their prize, and will be given instructions at the EXPO on where/how to obtain their winnings. This $9,000 in prizes is an incentive that helps promote customer and guest attendance!

NEW ~ EXPO (and NCEL) Logo Use to Promote Your Participation: We encourage all of our NCEL members to use our 2018 EXPO logo and our NCEL logo on all publications, and electronic communication for optimum and consistent branding for your company. Our intent is to provide tools to align themselves with our organization and the Electrical EXPO.
Hotel Lodging & Rates: EXPO Headquarters Hotel is the Minneapolis Hilton, connected by climate-controlled skyway to Convention Center. Our room rate is $139 per night. EXPO Exhibit Location: The Minneapolis Convention Center is the only regional facility large enough to house our EXPO. All EXPO events will be housed privately in the Lower Level of the Minneapolis Convention Center Hall A for your convenience.

Ø Tuesday, April 17, 2018: CEU Training classes only -- no exhibits.
Ø Wednesday, April 18, 2018: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Ø Thursday, April 19, 2018: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
EXPO Registration Instructions -- Opens In Mid-February: Starting in mid-February, you will receive registration information to promote the EXPO. Register all of your employees (both new and tenured) via our easy online registration portal through our NCEL website. All registration web portals will be available beginning in mid-February. All attendees must register in advance with their own personal company contact information to avoid waiting in line onsite. (Please do not register your customers -- they will not receive their name badges in advance or be entered into the prize drawing if someone else registers them). Start registering online in mid-February via NCEL's website – as usual, all EXPO exhibits are free to attend!
