NCEL is the "chamber of commerce for the Upper Midwest electrical industry."  NCEL unites our electrical industry by providing vital inter-industry commerce venues, educational discussion forums, training, and outlets for peer interaction in delivering unique benefits to our members.  NCEL is the bridge spanning all industry sectors. Through NCEL, our electrical industry joins together to develop, expand and to protect all stakeholder interests in our Upper Midwest region.
